Donna brings a holistic approach to her classes, empowering students to live in their bodies in a wholesome way. Her classes are an invitation to connect more deeply to the present moment through fluid movement and mindful breath. She offers practices that are balancing, strengthening and emotionally enriching and that challenge students to practice from a place of intuitive exploration and personal freedom. Donna meets students where they are in their yoga practice, offering classes that are inclusive and accessable for all bodies.

Donna is a Yoga and meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic wellness counselor offering one on one yoga therapy, group and corporate in person and online classes, workshops and retreats. She uses the traditional teachings of yoga and meditation to support clients and students on their path to inner growth, physical and mental strength, stability and ease. She empowers her students to use the teachings of yoga to explore their inner landscape and reconnect to their true nature and embodied wisdom.

A yoga practitioner for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years, Donna came to the practices of yoga and ayurveda with a deep interest in somatic movement, years of studying eastern philosophy and in restoring and healing from an autoimmune disease. With yoga she found strength and steadiness, not only through the movement of the body in asana, but through the stillness cultivated in meditation and the tools that yoga provides. She continues to explore and teach the 8 limbs of yoga within many styles and influences including hatha, vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra and medtiation. 

She offers classes, retreats and workshops to support the evolution of our highest wellbeing and our connection to one another, the earth and the innate wisdom of self healing that resides in each of us. 

Through the living wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic wellness, Donna offers ways to bring ritual to routine and the sacred into every day cultivating ways of being in the world that create stability and ease as we move through life experiences, transtions and the continued evolution of our lives.

Donna is an E-RYT 200, Integrative Holistic Health Coach and has been studying yoga, meditation and holistic healing for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years.  She has over 1000 hours of yoga training, including Core Power Yoga, Boulder, CO, in 2010,  Yoga Therapeutics at Asheville Yoga Center in 2013 and Yoga Therapy with the Yogawell Institute in the lineage of Shri Krishnamacharya and T.K.V Desikachar and Parayoga Nidra with Rod Stryker in 2020.
