When we cultivate rest, we cultivate a sense of well-being, an ability to stay anchored, easeful and open to the unfolding of life and experiences. Well being allows us to be present with circumstances as they are inside or outside of ourselves to be open to life just as it is. LEss striving, more un-doing gives us the opportunity to rest back into the stillness of our true nature. Cultivating deep rest requires that we show up for ourselves and our self care and commit to tending to ourselves with love and care.
Explore the art of rest through embodied practices of yoga asana for restoration, yoga nidra and journaling, supporting a deeper connection to physical and mental stability, ease and rejuvenation.
