Autumn Yoga & Meditation Series

Join me for morning yoga and meditation practices to help cultivate a more grounded and mindful presence in and throughout your body. 

 

The beauty of our yoga and meditation practice is that it uses our body and our mind as an entry point for addressing emotions and mental states that may be otherwise elusive.  As we create a supportive environment for ourselves through these practices, we fortify our inner resources and create conditions to show up more, in the present, where we can access our resilience and the internal anchor that stabilizes and grounds us and carries us through times of change and transformation.

40 minute yoga practice

20 minute guided meditation

  • We’ll connect to the intuitive wisdom that anchors us to present moment awareness and stability.
  • We’ll explore different meditation techniques that support steadiness and ease and help you to embody those qualities on and off you mat.
  • You’ll gain tools to support your home meditation practice.
